Counseling appointments can be made online via the Counseling web page on the campus website or in person in the Counseling Office. Appointments are strongly recommended for developing a SEP to assure you are taking the right courses to meet your educational goals. You must have your Student ID number.
Please try to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment on time and plan for a regular appointment to last 30 minutes or more.
If you need to cancel an appointment, call at least 24 hours in advance.
Counselors are available throughout the day in the Counseling Office for brief counseling sessions, on a limited first-come, first-served basis. Walk-in counseling is designed for quick 10-15-minute meetings with a counselor to ask questions and get information.
Please check the Counseling website for current walk-in hours.
If you have a counseling question that does not require an educational plan, you can use our online FAQ (frequently asked questions) section available on the Counseling web page called “Ask the Ram.”.
If you don’t find your question in the FAQs, you can also “Ask the Ram” by submitting your question in email.
