State law defines the order in which students get access to registration, known as your registration date. Each student, based on a set of pre-defined conditions, is assigned one of six registration blocks.
Your registration priority is based on the number of VVC units you have already completed, your academic standing, and your assignment to any special student categories, such as veterans, foster youth, or disabled students.
It is also based on whether or not you have completed the three core services: Orientation, Assessment, and Educational Planning. Student educational planning is a requirement for priority registration.
